I hope this message finds you well. My name is Tom Nabinger, and I am thrilled to be joining the Starbuck Elementary School community as your new Elementary Principal. As we embark on this exciting journey together, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little bit about my background and vision for our school.
First and foremost, I am deeply committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential. I believe that education is a partnership among students, parents, teachers, and the wider community, and together, we can create a positive and enriching experience for our young learners.
I bring 27 years of experience in education, having worked in various roles such as Principal, Assistant Principal, Teacher, Department Chair, and Mentor. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the profound impact that dedicated educators can have on shaping young minds, and I am eager to work alongside our outstanding faculty and staff to continue this tradition of excellence.
